RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the very unique nature of this website, it is not possible to process a return. An exchange can be considered if you would like to move your block to another City Wall (as we add them), and refunds will only be considered within 15 days under very special circumstances. If you change your mind within three hours of signing up and buying your spot on The Graffiti Wall, we will refund you in full after deducting an admin charge of US$1.

If you change your mind after 15 days of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. If you have signed up for a year and no longer wish to keep your spot on The Graffiti Wall, we suggest you replace your logo or image with one of our generic “badges” and remove the link to your website or blog. (This is accessed via the “My Account” tab.) If you have purchased your spot for more than one year, and provided your purchase was made less than 30 days before you apply for the refund, then we will refund you the fee for the unused years, but you will still be charged for the first year.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less $1 admin charge, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.
